Now Leasing: The Jerome

Our newest development is perfect for suburbanites itching to take the urban plunge.

Located on a quiet, tree-lined residential block in historic Victorian Village, The Jerome is within easy walking distance of the bustling heart of the Short North, Columbus’ hottest arts and entertainment district.

The Jerome features 54 modern apartments with open floor plans and high-end finishes—hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops—all done in popular Restoration Hardware-style “greige.”

The development features all of the comforts of a home in the ’burbs, such as covered garage parking and a sundeck with gas grills and fire pits. Forget spending weekends mowing the lawn, though. Take advantage of life in the city by getting out and enjoying all the Short North has to offer.

Art galleries

Make plans to attend Gallery Hop, held the first Saturday of every month, to catch exhibit openings at the city’s premier art galleries. Galleries stay open late until 10 p.m., with restaurants and bars staying open much later. Highlights include Lindsay Gallery, Sherrie Gallerie, Hammond Harkins Galleries, and ROY G BIV.

Restaurants

It’s definitely possible to dine out every night of the week in the Short North. You’ll be living just steps from Columbus dining hotspots like The Rossi, Forno, and The Table, Cameron Mitchell concepts The Pearl and The Guild House, and top-10 restaurants including Gallerie at The Hilton. Don’t skip dessert—try ice cream at Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams or pastries from Laughlin’s Bakery.

Bars & Nightlife

Catch a play at Short North Stage, a concert at Skully’s Music Diner or a Nina West drag show at Axis. And before the show, grab a craft beer at House Beer, sip a glass of vino at Wine on High or try bourbons at Barrel: Spirits on High. When the weather is warm, enjoy drinks on the patio at Bakersfield or The Eagle Food & Beer Hall while people watching.

Shopping

The Short North is a shopping lover’s dream, home to everything from local boutiques to high-end shops including Anthropologie. Fashionistas will love local boutiques Rowe and Ladybird, and you’ll find gifts for anyone on your list at favorites like Tigertree, Big Fun and Happy Go Lucky. Plus, pick up produce and local foods at the new specialty grocery store Oats & Barley Market.
