Overview

In June 2015, BORROR broke ground in Victorian Village on The Jerome and its sister community, Truberry on Second. The Jerome is a residential building featuring 54 apartments next to 16 individually owned brownstones at Truberry on Second. The project was originally envisioned as a single higher-density development, but following conversations with the Victorian Village Commission, BORROR evolved the site plan into two separate, smaller developments designed to blend into the existing fabric of the neighborhood.

Our superior taste is evident throughout the building, from the lobby to the penthouses. The Jerome features a variety of common areas for all residents to enjoy. Surf the web in our amazing Wi-Fi cafe complete with reading nooks and a communal TV. Relax outside on the second story patio, with water features and flaming torches to set the mood. Entertain in the deck area which features two gas grills and a stone fireplace for casual enjoyment on a cool fall evening. The Jerome is boutique living at its finest.
