At Bat for BORROR: Kaileigh Steiner

This month, we are excited to highlight our Regional Property Manager, Kaileigh Steiner. Kaileigh manages the leasing, operations, and maintenance for all of our properties in the Urban Core of Columbus.

Kaileigh began helping out the association team while in college and officially joined the association team full time in 2014. She transitioned to multi-family property management in 2015 when she joined the Karric Place team and then briefly Springburne at Polaris. In July 2016, she joined the Urban Leasing team as Property Manager of 40 West and Prescott. The portfolio has now grown to also include The Jerome and 303, with many more in the pipeline!

What do you love most about working for BORROR?

I’ve really enjoyed watching BORROR expand and our team grow! During all of my time with BORROR, I’ve watched this company become such a huge name in Columbus thanks to all of the people who work here. I am proud to continue to watch and to be a part of the future success of the company.

What project(s) are you working on now?

Our biggest focus right now is prepping for the 303 opening this fall (89 apartments at the corner of Front and Main). We are so excited to share these fully integrated smart apartments, with high-end finishes and the beautiful quality you’ve come to expect from BORROR.

What has been your favorite project at BORROR?

My favorite project has been keeping us up with all of our upcoming developments. I live in the Short North and it has made my job exciting and engaging to see everything we’ve been working on as it develops. I take such pride in this company and what we are doing, and I love the challenge of staying ahead of the ball.

What is your favorite place to hangout, have dinner or catch up with friends?

My favorite spot is Forno in the Short North. I love their delicious food and drinks!
