Maintenance Technician

We are actively seeking well-qualified Maintenance Technicians to join our team! The purpose of a Maintenance Technician at BORROR is to ensure that the property is running seamlessly. A Maintenance Technician is responsible for completing all resident work orders and ensures that the overall up-keep and care of the property meets BORROR's standards. We are seeking (1) Full Time Maintenance Technician to join our Urban Living Team in Downtown Columbus. We are seeking (1) Full-Time Maintenance Technician to oversee (2) properties in London and Washington Court House, OH. We are seeking (1) Full-Time Maintenance Technician to oversee (1) property in Lancaster, OH. We are seeking (1) Full-Time Maintenance Technician to oversee (1) property in Columbus, OH.

Qualifications

  • Experience with carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and basic landscape maintenance
  • 2 years experience working at a multifamily community with at least 100+ units (strongly preferred)
  • Great customer service skills; ability to communicate with residents & co-workers
  • HVAC certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days (required)
  • Proficient at meeting deadlines and completing work in a timely manner
  • Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Overall up-keep and care of the community
  • Complete work orders and unit turns within specified timeframe
  • Grounds maintenance as needed
  • Maintaining supply inventory
  • Willingness to field and respond to 24 hour emergency calls on rotation with on-site team
