Overview
BORROR has taken a once-vacant commercial parcel in downtown Columbus and revitalized it to provide residential living in the heart of the RiverSouth district. The development transformed a former nightclub site into a multifamily residence featuring a mix of studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments and a roof-top deck that offers wonderful views of the Scioto Mile, an urban oasis comprised of more than 145 acres of lush parkland.
With 89 apartments, 65 of which are one bedrooms, 303 is designed to expand the entry point of market-rate living, creating more residential opportunities in the robust Columbus real estate market. Within the RiverSouth district, residents are blocks from jobs, entertainment, shopping, and the parks, trails and civic spaces of the revitalized Scioto Mile. Secure parking is integrated into the building, which takes advantage of a natural slope toward the Scioto River to “hide” parking out of the building’s sight line.
Just like all of BORROR’s developments, 303 features a boutique style throughout all units, the rooftop patio, and the two-level lobby.
