Overview

The F.W. Beeker building is located at the SW corner of Fifth and Summit which serves as the “gateway” to Italian Village. The building features two levels of parking, the lower level will be exclusively reserved for residents of the building, while the upper level will be shared by both residents and guests of the retail space. The ground floor will be anchored by a 4,000 square foot restaurant with a 700 square foot patio; and also includes two additional commercial spaces along Fifth Ave.
