Overview

This new affordable living facility is being developed by Borror in partnership with Seton Development, Inc., an affiliate of the Catholic Diocese of Columbus. It will provide much needed, quality housing for the aging population in Portsmouth, Ohio and will support households earning 50% of the Area Median Income (AMI) or less with at least one household member being 62 years or older.

The property is all one-bedroom units and will include a community room, fitness center, library/game room, laundry facilities, outdoor courtyard, and community garden. There will also be an on-site management team and social services team.

Seton Square Portsmouth is expected to open in early 2027. There is also a proposed second phase, which is in the application stage.
