Doug’s Top Three Summer Cook-out Tips

There are summer cookouts.

Then there are “Doug Borror” cookouts.

Consistently inconsistent, but Doug’s love of the meat and potatoes barbecue is sure to please!

His favorites? It was hard to obtain just three.

Below are Doug’s top 3 summer cookout favorites:

1. He bakes a pork butt for 6 hours until it practically falls apart and then whips up “Doug’s World Famous Barbeque sauce”. The recipe has never been shared, sorry!
2. Doug has three favorite beers: Miller Lite, Miller Lite, and Miller Lite. Always ice cold.
3. “Music is an absolute”, says Doug. His music is anything from the 70’s – Steely Dan, Grateful Dead, The Rolling Stones, and anything Motown.

With multiple culinary talents too great to mention, Doug makes eating well in the company of family and friends a priority in the summertime. Bon appetite!
