Urban Development Update

Borror Properties continues its expansion in the Short North! We are very excited to announce that our first two boutique apartment buildings, The Prescott (22 Prescott Street) and 40 West (40 W. Third Ave.), are nearing completion. Our first residents are scheduled to move in during October, and we are way ahead of our pre-leasing schedule.

Our amazing three level townhomes at Truberry on Summit are also nearing completion, and will be actively on the market for sale beginning September 15th. Stop by right after Labor Day and see the fabulous finishes in two of the homes. The other four are drywalled and ready for a buyer to select the perfect finishes.

The Jerome (54 apartment units) and Truberry on Second (16 For Sale Condominiums), located at Dennison and Second, broke ground on June 1st and should be ready for residents and homeowners in mid- 2016.

One of most creative condominium projects we have planned is called Truberry on Hubbard (58/60 E. Hubbard Ave.) The beautiful 2,700 square foot Victorian on the park is under renovation, available for sale, and can close by year-end. The foundation was just poured for the three custom flats over the free-standing garage behind the house. Three brand new condominiums will be ready for ownership in the Spring of 2016.

Two other smaller residential projects at 921 Mt Pleasant, and 808 Summit are currently in the planning phase, with construction set to begin on both in the fall of this year. You can get a peek at the plans in a few months, and they are slated to be ready for sale early next year.

We have more plans in the works. Stay tuned for details.
