2016 was a year of amazing change for our Company.
We officially re-introduced ourselves as a Development, Construction and Management company. Further, we formally committed to the Urbanization of Columbus, and focused our construction efforts within the urban neighborhoods. Because of our roots in custom homebuilding, we believe that our commercial construction company has a special talent generally not found in this industry. We combine brilliant design with beautiful craftmanship to build a living experience that is unsurpassed in both residential and commercial rental properties.
The Jerome is now leasing with residents beginning to move in right after the New Year. The 303 apartments, a five story building at the corner of Front and Main will open in the third quarter of 2017. Under construction at the corner of High Street and Second Avenue, The Castle will feature five stories of apartments plus office and retail space, a public parking garage, and a White Castle.
This year, we enjoyed the highest growth ever in our Condo and Homeowners Association Management business, adding over 25 properties.
Our apartment properties in the Short North, Dublin, Worthington, Westerville, Bexley, Grove City and beyond, are thriving. Residents at each our apartment locations enjoy our great service and a more vibrant social schedule.
The BORROR Development Team continues to build our future with great land acquisitions, and works with architects, engineers, attorneys, and general contractors to design, zone, and build extraordinary, efficient buildings.
Most importantly, we changed our name. We are now simply and fabulously, BORROR!
