For residents considering a luxury downtown apartment, a big part of the appeal is the lifestyle. The most important amenity for these aspiring city dwellers is easy access to entertainment, bars and nightlife.
Borror’s urban properties in the Short North and Downtown Columbus—including 985 High, The Prescott, The Jerome, and 303,—offer vibrant, walkable neighborhoods right outside the front door. In short, we take care of everything so you can enjoy life. Better lived.
“Walking distance to some of our favorite breweries is a perk to living Downtown.”
“Where I live, work and play can often be the same place.”
“Can’t beat the breathtaking rooftop views.”
“One of the perks of living at 303 is easy access to Downtown parks and paths like the Scioto Mile.”
“Borror hosts events for residents about every other month,” explains Kaileigh Steiner, Regional Property Manager for Borror. “These events offer a perfect opportunity for residents to get to know their neighbors and make it easy to fill your social calendar without ever leaving home.”
“Each year, our properties host holiday parties with live music and refreshments, seasonal gatherings, wine and beer tastings, pool parties and more events tailored to the personality of each of our buildings.”
Here are a few of our favorite resident events from the past year:
Wine Down Wednesday
Short North residents were invited to gather to drink wine and make crafts in April! We demonstrated how to make a hanging succulent planter.
Beer & Board Games
Residents gathered at The Jerome in February for beer, light refreshments and some favorite board games like Scrabble, Life and Skip-Bo.
Turner Classic Monday
At 303, we occasionally screen black-and-white classic films like 1943’s “Cabin in the Sky.”
Beer N Pizza
We celebrated The Jerome’s one-year birthday in January with a birthday cake, local pizza and brews from Great Lakes Brewing.
