Borror is developing a four-story apartment complex at 40 W. Third Avenue to be appropriately named, 40 West. The property will include 16-units with 23 parking spaces. The historic Italianate-style home on the property will also get a facelift and continued to be used as commercial office space.
“We’re excited about restoring the Victorian house and removing the crazy office addition that was built at some point in the sixties,” said Lori Steiner, President of Borror.
