- The Jerome is opening January 6th. You can tour it now. The finishes are exquisite! Stay tuned for details about the Grand Opening Party in early February.
- Watch Columbus Underground for progress on the Italian Village Commission’s review of our latest acquisition at Fifth and Summit.
- The first floor of our five story apartment building at Front and Main, 303, will be going up floor by floor. Residents will be moving in late summer.
- The 160’ crane is up on the White Castle construction site. Check out our website periodically for photos of the building taking shape. The garage is scheduled to be done by the end of 2017.
- We will be announcing new projects as we submit them for governmental approvals!
