Columbus-based investment firm occupies second-floor office space in Borror’s Short North development
Borror is excited to announce that SWS Partners has moved its headquarters to the second floor of The Castle, an eight-story multi-use building in the Short North.
The Columbus-based investment firm has experienced rapid growth since launching in 2015 and needed a new space that was more emblematic of the company’s objectives. SWS moved from its original location on Kinnear Road near Ohio State’s campus to the 2,105-square-foot space at The Castle in the Short North Arts District on November 1, 2018.
SWS Partners is a registered investment advisor that focuses on using technology to deliver contemporary asset management and financial planning solutions to high net worth individuals, family offices, endowments, foundations and other institutions.
SWS Partners’ team is excited to move to the Short North because the neighborhood’s arts and tech focus is a perfect fit for the nature of the company’s objectives, their vision for the future of the financial services industry, and their sophisticated clientele, says Phil Kessler, founder and Managing Partner.
The Castle, located at the corner of West Second Avenue and High Street, features 11,000 square feet of retail, 12,000 square feet of class-A office space, 105 high-end luxury apartments and a 210-space public parking garage.
