In the heart of the King-Lincoln District at 820 E. Long Street, the Adelphi offers a one-of-a-kind living experience. The Adelphi gets its name from the Adelphi Loan & Savings Company, once a prominent African American-owned bank in the area, and Borror plans have the original stone façade from the bank restored for the front of the building. This is symbolic for the property’s aspiration to weave the old in with the new, to celebrate where we have come from and where we are going.
